What security measures do your facilities take?

We take security very seriously at All Star Storage. Our facilities feature 24-hour video surveillance.

 

Do you have to use your lock?

No you can bring your own lock but in case you forget we have you covered. Ask a member of management when you sign up. We have Disc Padlock features a stainless steel body for maximum strength, reliability, and corrosion resistance. There is an additional cost for the lock.

 

What are your access hours?

All Star Storage features 24-hour access. This allows you to be in complete control of your unit and the belongings stored there. Now you can stop by anytime it’s convenient to your schedule to get to your space, rather than waiting for our office to be open. All of our storage units are well lit, making a late night or early morning visit possible.

 

What are your office hours?

We provide late and evening showing to help work around your busy schedule. Give us a call to set up a appointment today!

 

Do I need to purchase insurance?

The purchase of insurance is entirely up to the tenant. Keep in mind, however, that because it is your responsibility to have insurance on your property, All Star Storage’s insurance policy does not cover your property or your belongings.

 

How long is the contract?

No long term contracts require here! If you need a unit for one month or one year All Star Storage has you covered.

 

How many days’ notice do I need to give before I move out?

We would appreciate a 28 days notice in advance. We wound appreciate you sweeping out your unit and remove the lock before the next month is due.

 

Do you mail out bills?

No rent is due on the first of every month for as long as you stay.
